Terms of service
These terms apply to the boolean.ge website and to our mobile applications.

1. General
The service is provided by Boolean LLC (შპს „ბულენი") (ID 402045666). By using the website or the application you agree to these terms.
2. Using the application
The mobile application is intended for employees of companies with which we have a current contract. Access is granted by your employer — there is no self-registration in the application.
- Account credentials are personal and must not be passed to third parties.
- Attempting unauthorised access, decompiling the software or deliberately disrupting its operation is prohibited.
- Responsibility for the accuracy of data entered into the system lies with the user and their employer.
3. Intellectual property
The software, its code, design, trademark and documentation are the property of Boolean LLC (შპს „ბულენი"). The contract grants a right of use, not ownership.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the system continuously available, though temporary interruptions are possible because of maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. Planned works are announced to the client in advance.
5. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for damage caused by data entered incorrectly by the user, by interruptions to the internet connection, by device failure, or by use of the system contrary to the contract.
6. Data
How data is processed is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
7. Changes and governing law
When the terms are updated, the date on this page changes. The relationship is governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, by the courts of Georgia.
