The route is planned, the visit is confirmed
Visits are scheduled in advance, the map guides the agent, and check-in confirms they really are at the outlet.
Why the route matters
When the agent decides the order of visits, network coverage becomes uneven: close outlets are visited often, distant ones rarely. Part of the network goes unattended for weeks, and the reason behind a sales drop surfaces far too late.
A planned route settles this at the planning stage: the supervisor sets the list of visits for each day and the agent follows it. The visit itself is then recorded automatically — as a fact in the system, not as a claim.
Four elements
Route planning
The supervisor sets which outlets the agent must visit on a given day. The route appears in the agent’s app.
Map and navigation
The app shows outlet locations on the map and highlights the nearest one. The agent does not have to search for the way — which matters most for a new hire.
Check-in — starting the visit
On arrival the agent records the start of the visit. The system compares their location with the shop’s coordinates: if the distance exceeds 50 metres, placing an order is blocked and the agent gets a warning.
Check-out — time recorded
The end of the visit is recorded too. The system counts how long the agent spent at each outlet — a figure that tells you a great deal about visit quality.
The day in real time
Daily plan control
Which outlet each agent is at right now and which visits are still outstanding.
Time spent per outlet
Visit duration by outlet — showing where the agent works and where they merely pass through.
Field sales and receivables
The result of the visit: order value, product mix, and the debt recorded at that outlet.
What the system does not do
Location is read at the moment of the visit — when the agent presses the check-in or check-out button. The app does not track the agent continuously through the working day. The purpose is to confirm the visit, not to watch the employee.
