The problems you probably recognise
When the agent decides the route, coverage becomes uneven: nearby shops are visited often, distant ones rarely. Whole outlets go unvisited for weeks and nobody notices until sales drop.
Evening phone calls, spreadsheets filled in by hand, verbal reports. That is time that should be going into selling.
Plan performance becomes clear only after the month closes — when there is nothing left to influence.
How the product sits on the shelf, whether the ordered goods actually arrived, how much is left, whether anything is expired or damaged, what condition the display is in — none of it is recorded.
What changes in the first week
Movement becomes organised, not accidental
The supervisor plans the route and the GPS map guides the agent to the nearest outlet. The visit starts and ends in the app, recording the outlet, the time and the duration. If the agent is more than 50 metres from the shop, placing an order is blocked.
Tasks — who, where, what
Both supervisors and agents create tasks for a specific outlet, spelling out the work to be done during the visit. Completion is recorded, so nothing gets lost in a verbal agreement.
Stock in real time
Standing in the shop, the agent sees what the warehouse holds at that moment. Orders are no longer placed for goods that are not there.
The plan is visible on both sides
Reporting is available not only to the manager but to the agent as well — sales, daily and monthly plan progress, receivables. The agent knows where they stand before the month closes.
The shelf in front of you
Merchandising records shelf stock, expired and damaged goods during the visit. A photo is mandatory before ordering, and the manager rates it on a 5-point scale — the result feeds the bonus system.
One manager — 10–20 agents
You see in real time who is where, what they ordered and what debt is recorded at the outlet. The phone calls stop.
