Account and data deletion request

How to send a request

Email info@boolean.ge with the subject “Data deletion request”. In the message please state:

• your full name;
• the user name you use in the application;
• the company you work or worked for;
• what you want deleted — the whole account or specific data.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt within 3 working days.
• Because work data belongs to the employing company, we coordinate the deletion with them.
• Once agreed, the data is deleted within 30 days.
• We notify you of the outcome in writing.

What is deleted

• the account and identifying details;
• location records;
• photographs you took;
• technical logs.

What may remain

Accounting and tax documents (orders, waybills, payments) are retained for the period required by law and cannot be deleted. Where technically possible, personal identifiers are removed from such records.
